Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney is seeking a versatile procurement and corporate services professional to support insurance, fleet, leases, and tenders across a national presence. You’ll join a collaborative, employee-owned Australian consultancy and help drive process improvements within Finance, Legal, HSEW and branch management.

The role offers variety beyond traditional procurement, with ownership of tasks, adaptability to changing priorities and opportunities to shape systems and supplier

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, operations, contracts or tender coordination, or broad commercial support roles.
• Ability to own tasks and hit the ground running.
• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills.
• Ability to juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating corporate insurance renewals, certificates of currency and claims administration.
• Managing fleet purchasing, disposals, records and administration.
• Maintaining the national property lease register, including renewals, rent reviews and key dates.
• Coordinating procurement of standard laboratory equipment, PPE and uniforms.
• Managing relationships with key corporate suppliers and identifying opportunities to improve value and processes.
• Supporting fixed asset records and associated financial administration.
• Coordinating EOIs, tenders, capability statements and client submissions.
• Maintaining prequalification panels, registrations, compliance and WHS documentation.
• Managing information and submissions across tender and client portals.
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc projects and corporate initiatives as required.
