Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a National Occupational Health & Safety Manager to provide strategic and operational safety leadership across Fujitsu Oceania. You will lead the psychosocial risk management framework, strengthen safety leadership, and partner with senior leaders to build a proactive safety culture.

This role reports to the Senior OHS Manager, APAC and demands strong stakeholder engagement across geographically dispersed operations, with travel as needed to sites across Australia and New

Qualifications

Experience leading psychosocial risk management initiatives.
At least five years’ experience managing safety in a multisite environment.
Experience developing a strong safety culture across diverse operational environments.
Experience in process improvement and change management.
Membership of a relevant professional body is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with site leaders to implement the safety management system across Oceania.
Act as a subject matter expert in occupational health and safety.
Provide strategic leadership for psychosocial risk management.
Coach managers to strengthen safety leadership capability.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legislation and ISO 45001.
