Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd in Melbourne's North Richmond HQ is seeking an experienced National Precinct Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, asset management, compliance and capital works across a multi-site residential aged care and seniors living portfolio.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on site oversight, requires regular interstate travel (30-40%), and a hybrid work model (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH).

Qualifications

Proven leadership capability across multiple locations.
Experience leading maintenance, facilities or asset management in complex environments.
Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations, asset management, compliance and capital works across Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs across a multi-site portfolio.
Manage contractor performance, procurement oversight and budget adherence.
Travel 30–40% to Mercy Health locations and spend time on-site with Precinct Managers.
