You will drive exclusive stories, celebrity access and subscriber growth while guiding a national team and coordinating with state reporters to ensure unified editorial voice across mastheads.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in entertainment, lifestyle, or culture journalism.
• Experience scaling a national digital property or content vertical.
• Understanding of subscription economics and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define the editorial vision and oversee national entertainment output.
• Lead a national team and collaborate with state reporters to prioritise amplification.
• Oversee exclusive stories, investigations, and celebrity access across platforms.
• Deliver against digital growth targets and cross‑platform distribution.
• Chair editorial planning meetings and manage 4 national reports.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on a unified entertainment navigation.
