You will lead the regional sales organisation, oversee forecasting and inventory, and report insights to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall vehicle sales function across Australia, owning national sales performance and commercial delivery.
• Develop and execute the national sales strategy, translating objectives into volume, revenue and market growth plans.
• Lead, develop and strengthen the regional sales organisation with accountable, capable teams.
• Drive the commercial performance of the national distribution network, building partnerships and improving sales effectiveness.
• Own sales planning, forecasting, orders, and inventory management, aligning market demand with supply and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing clear reporting and commercial insights to the executive team.
