Job summary

ADM is seeking a Manager, National Accounts in the California or Chicago area to lead major customer relationships for its Sweeteners and Texturizing Solutions unit. The role focuses on selling nutritive and non-nutritive sweeteners, citric acid, and starches while expanding new and existing accounts and promoting ADM’s ingredient capabilities at industry events.

The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive analytics-based decisions, and manage contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required; MBA preferred.
• Five years’ sales/marketing experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement differentiated value propositions for target market segments and customers.
• Sell in both face-to-face and digital environments.
• Use analytics to improve the financials of market segments and customers.
• Manage annual contracting activities and accounts receivable factors.
• Be the customer expert and key contact for sweeteners and texturizing solutions.
• Build and maintain up-to-date customer development plans and CRM usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain.
