Job summary

Red Bull Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a National Account Manager of P&C to drive volume growth, market share and profitability across key accounts. You will manage approved permanent discounts and joint advertising targets, and execute the World of Red Bull strategy within the Impulse channel.

You will develop national promotional programs, forecast promotions, and control trade investments while collaborating with Category Management, Finance and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FMCG Account Management experience in P&C.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Sound understanding of category management, sales, marketing and financial principles.
• Strong planning, organisational and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national promotional programs across key accounts.
• Provide accurate promotional forecasts and manage related financial claims.
• Deliver promotional activity in line with Impulse channel objectives and annual business plan targets.
• Discuss and negotiate promotional space according to activation months.
• Analyse promotional performance and deliver insights to maximise ROI and sales effectiveness.
• Deliver monthly business plan sales volume across key accounts and states.
• Manage account forecasts and contribute to S&OP for demand planning.
• Control trade investment including discounts and joint advertising commitments.
• Drive distribution growth by achieving range targets and product availability across accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor P&L performance and budget reconciliation.
• Support category range reviews and planogram development.
