Job summary

Rockmybaby in Randwick is seeking a warm, experienced nanny to support a busy family as mum returns to work. You will care for a 10-month-old baby and a 5-year-old, providing loving, attentive care and helping keep daily routines on track.

The role includes baby nap/feeding routines, healthy meals, school drop-offs and after-school care, and light child-focused household tasks to keep bedrooms, play areas and bags organised.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification, or is willing to obtain them.
• Reliable, flexible and a strong communicator.
• Confident, safe driver with a valid driver’s licence and clean driving record; car provided by family.

Responsibilities

• Baby Care (10 months): follow naps, feeding and mealtime routines; prepare nutritious meals; engage in sensory play and developmentally appropriate activities; support milestones; manage nappies and settling.
• School-Aged Child (5 years): assist with morning routines; school drop-offs and after-school care; prepare healthy lunches and snacks; supervise outdoor play and reading/creative activities.
• Child-Related Household Support: plan nutritious meals for both children; assist with laundry and keeping spaces tidy; organise school bags and essentials; help routines run smoothly.
