Shape the Future of Cybersecurity at Forescout

Every day cyberattacks threaten to disrupt hospitals, power grids, financial systems, and the infrastructure we all depend on. At Forescout, we build defenses that keep civilization running smoothly in an increasingly connected world.

For more than 25 years, Fortune 100 organizations, government agencies, and large enterprises have trusted Forescout as their foundation to manage cyber risk, ensure compliance, and mitigate threats. From power grids and healthcare systems to financial networks and transportation hubs, Forescout protects the critical infrastructure of our modern world.

What Will You Do

At Forescout, we seek customer driven individuals who thrive on collaboration, embrace innovation, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working as one team, we anticipate emerging threats and create forward-thinking solutions that shape the future of cybersecurity. Join us and make a meaningful impact through your unique talents and perspective.

The Named Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for driving strategic growth and building long-term customer relationships across a defined portfolio of named accounts. With a customer-first mindset, the NAM develops a deep understanding of each customer’s business priorities, technology environment, and evolving security challenges to identify opportunities where Forescout can deliver meaningful value.

Working closely with Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and other internal stakeholders, the NAM develops and executes strategic account plans, builds relationships across multiple levels of the customer organisation, and positions Forescout as a trusted, long-term cybersecurity partner.

  • Deliver results: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while building a strong, predictable pipeline and maintaining business linearity.
  • Drive account growth: Proactively identify, develop, and progress opportunities within assigned named accounts, leveraging industry knowledge, customer relationships, and market insights.
  • Understand your customers: Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business priorities, challenges, technology environment, and strategic initiatives, translating these insights into relevant Forescout solution opportunities.
  • Become a trusted advisor: Build credibility and value-added relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning Forescout as a strategic partner rather than simply a technology provider.
  • Demonstrate value: Apply your knowledge of cybersecurity, technology, industry trends, and consultative selling to help customers understand the business and security value of Forescout solutions.
  • Build multi-level relationships: Develop relationships across both business and technical stakeholders within assigned accounts. Leverage internal resources and Channel Partners to expand Forescout’s reach and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Lead strategic account planning: Develop and execute effective account and opportunity plans, bringing together the right virtual team across Sales Leadership, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Consultants, Marketing, and Channel Partners.
  • Expand customer partnerships: Partner with delivery and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities for expansion and build on successful customer engagements.
  • Maintain executive engagement: Participate in key customer project milestones, business reviews, and executive engagements to strengthen relationships, understand evolving priorities, and identify opportunities for continued partnership.
