Job summary

Ann's Nails Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore, QLD, seeks a full-time Beauty Therapist/Nail Technician to consult with clients, assess nails and provide expert nail services. You will perform manicures, pedicures, BIAB, gel applications and nail art with strict hygiene standards.

Requires at least two years in a related role, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Permanent full-time position with salary range $80,000–$82,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist.
• Experience providing professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Experience with BIAB, gel, acrylic and Gel-X nail enhancements.
• Knowledge of nail health, hygiene and infection-control procedures.
• Ability to create detailed and complex nail art designs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on nail condition, styles and treatments.
• Examine nails and recommend care plans and treatments.
• Provide professional manicures and pedicures.
• Prepare nails and cuticle care.
• Apply BIAB and structured gel manicures.
• Apply and remove gel polish safely.
• Apply, maintain and remove nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, Gel-X).
• Perform nail extensions, infills and repairs.
• Create various nail art designs per client requests.
