Chairo Christian School, located at the Pakenham campus near Melbourne, is seeking a Head of Music to commence January 2027. The role includes a teaching load in addition to leadership responsibilities for a standards-based music program from Prep to Year 12.

The successful candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications, Victorian teaching registration, and demonstrate experience in educational leadership or as a respected teacher. Alignment with our Christian worldview is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary teaching qualifications and Victorian teaching registration.
• Experience in educational leadership or as a respected teacher.
• Knowledge of the Australian Music Curriculum.
• Post-graduate qualifications desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a standards-based music program from Prep to Year 12.
• Manage teaching load in addition to Head of Music duties.
• Foster a culture of music appreciation across campuses.
