JH Civil is seeking a multiskilled operator to join our growing team, working across a variety of civil construction projects. The role includes supervising crews when required and operating a range of plant and equipment.

Key duties include trenching, bulk earthworks, stormwater installation, and pipework, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork across site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience on a civil construction site.
• GPS experience – highly regarded.
• Proven experience operating machinery ranging from 1.5T to 50T.
• Current and valid machine operating tickets (e.g. Statement of Attainment, VOC).
• White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
• Reliable personal transport to and from site.
• Experience as a leading hand is desirable.

JH Civil Group is seeking an experienced multiskilled operator to join our growing team, working across a variety of civil construction projects. This role is suited to an experienced civil operator who is confident across a range of plant and equipment, with the ability to step up and supervise crews when required.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Operating a variety of civil construction machinery.

Safely load and unload plant and equipment.

Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

Demonstrating proficiency in trenching, bulk earthworks, stormwater installation, and pipework.

Ensuring reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.

Maintaining a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Taking pride in workmanship, including routine machine maintenance and care.

Ensuring capability of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:
