Job summary

Timezone is hiring a Multisite Technician for our Western Sydney venues. You will be responsible for keeping games, bowling and attractions in peak condition while supporting venue and facilities managers. A strong focus on guest safety and a proactive, tech-friendly mindset will help you thrive in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

You will work closely with a team that values FUN, REMARKABLE service and real collaboration, ensuring guests have memorable experiences every visit.

Qualifications

• Technically minded with drive to proactively seek tasks.
• Experience in a trade and savvy with tech/computer-based tasks.
• Strong relationship building and guest/team communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of games, bowling and attractions.
• Support the Venue Manager, Facilities Managers and State Technical Manager.
• Focus on guest safety and experience on the floor.

What is the role?

As one of our Multisite Technicians for our Western Sydney venues, you will be an integral part of our team that keeps our venues in slick operational order & ensures our team and guests are safe!

Your role will involve ensuring the repair and maintenance of games, bowling and attractions.

You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager, Facilities Managers & State Technical Manager and have a razor‑sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. #safetyfirst
