A prominent Federal Government organisation is seeking an experiencedProgram Managersto lead the delivery of complex digital and technology programs that support strategic business outcomes. Working across a diverse portfolio of enterprise initiatives, you will be responsible for driving program governance, delivery assurance, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and investment objectives. This is an exciting opportunity offering an initial12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options.

The successful Program Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading complex digital and technology programs, ensuring delivery outcomes, benefits and investment priorities remain aligned with organisational strategy and enterprise roadmaps.
• Establishing and maintaining program governance, assurance, risk management and change control processes to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Managing integrated delivery plans, budgets, resource allocation, procurement activities and vendor relationships across multiple workstreams.
• Providing high-quality reporting, performance insights and evidence-based recommendations to executive stakeholders and governance forums.
• Driving stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness and change initiatives to support benefits realisation and transition into business-as-usual operations.

The successful Program Managers will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation, technology, cyber security, data or enterprise-wide programs within complex environments.
• Strong program governance, assurance and delivery expertise, including benefits realisation, risk management and dependency management across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives, build trusted stakeholder relationships and drive organisational change outcomes.
• Experience managing significant program budgets, forecasting, procurement activities, commercial engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and strategic planning skills, with the ability to provide clear decision support and executive-level reporting.
