Job summary

Impress Photography / Impress Studios in Melbourne’s Hawthorn studio is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer / Floorplan & Production Artist. This full-time role focuses on digital design, multimedia production, floorplan creation and content preparation for real estate marketing.

You will collaborate with photographers and production teams to deliver accurate, presentation-ready visuals for clients. Expected to bring a relevant qualification in Multimedia Design and at least 1 year of related

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience in multimedia design, graphic design or related field.
• Relevant qualification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design or related discipline.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing floorplans, property marketing material or related visual content is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and establish creative direction, audience and outcomes.
• Explore visual references and project requirements to shape creative solutions.
• Turn ideas into clear design concepts across digital and multimedia formats.
• Create visual treatments, layouts, graphics, mock-ups and presentation material.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to respond to feedback and refine work.
• Make decisions around imagery, typography, colour and motion for strong visuals.
• Produce production-ready artwork and digital assets for multiple platforms.
• Work with photography, video and graphics to deliver cohesive multimedia material.
• Manage projects from concept to final output and delivery.
• Ensure finished work is accurate, consistent and brand-aligned.
