Job summary

Technology Core is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team in Melbourne. You will develop creative concepts and produce multimedia content across digital, print, web and events, translating briefs into high-quality assets that support product launches and campaigns.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in multimedia/digital design, has strong Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and can work independently, balancing multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in multimedia, graphic design or digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, layout and branding.
• Experience creating digital content, video, animation or motion graphics.
• Ability to interpret briefs and develop creative concepts independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and multimedia content for product launches, campaigns, social media and events.
• Design digital and print assets including brochures, flyers, product collateral, presentations and promotional materials.
• Create engaging video, animation, motion graphics and short-form content for digital and social channels.
• Develop product photography, videography, storyboards, and visual concepts as needed.
• Create digital content for websites, EDMs, landing pages and other marketing channels.
• Maintain consistent branding across all assets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver projects from concept to final production.
• Prepare and manage final creative files for distribution.

As one of the growing companies in the sector, Technology Core's Marketing team is looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join the team. You will bring technology products and brands to life through engaging visual and multimedia content, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative content across digital, social media, web, print, product marketing and events. This is a hands‑on role for a creative professional who can take a brief, develop a concept and turn it into high-quality creative work across multiple formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and multimedia content for product launches, campaigns, social media and events
• Design digital and print assets including brochures, flyers, product collateral, presentations and promotional materials
• Create engaging video, animation, motion graphics and short‑form content for digital and social media channels
• Develop product photography, videography, storyboards, and visual concepts as needed
• Create digital content for websites, EDMs, landing pages and other marketing channels
• Maintain consistent branding across all creative and multimedia assets
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative projects from concept through to final production
• Prepare and manage final creative files for digital, print and other distribution requirements

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in multimedia, graphic design or digital content creation
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, visual communication, typography, layout and branding
• Experience creating digital content, video, animation or motion graphics
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop innovative concepts independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
