Job summary

Polyaire Head Office, SA is seeking a skilled Multimedia Designer to join the national Marketing team in the Adelaide CBD. You will balance creativity and technical proficiency to deliver exceptional visual communications across print and digital platforms for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Based in the Adelaide CBD, you will enhance brand consistency and engagement, manage multiple projects, and lead design initiatives from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, B2B or tech.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate).
• Demonstrated ability to create and edit high quality motion graphics and animations.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of print materials: catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, POS displays, packaging, signage.
• Develop high-impact digital assets for websites, email campaigns and social media.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions.
• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery and manage multiple projects.
• Support other designers and manage revision flows in Monday.com and HubSpot campaigns.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for aMultimedia Designer to join our national Marketing team. Based in our Adelaide CBD Support Office, this role is ideal for a highly motivated designer who can balance both creativity and technical proficiency to deliver exceptional visual communications across print and digital platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing brand consistency and engagement across multiple channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.

What does my day to day look like?

• Design and produce a wide range of print materials including catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, POS displays, packaging and signage, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop high-impact digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media, supporting promotional efforts and brand visibility.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for use across digital platforms.
• Support marketing initiatives through tailored content development for both trade and consumer markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and high standards of execution and approval flows.
• Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Support other designers, encouraging continuous learning and creative development.
• Project management within Monday.com and campaign management within Hubspot.
• Working with suppliers, Marketing and Sales stakeholders to execute projects as required.
• Maintains a strong working relationship with all internal stakeholders.

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B or tech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate.
• Demonstrated ability to create and edit high-quality motion graphics and animations.
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g. Blender) is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative outputs across both print and digital.
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with Monday.com is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, including eDM creation and campaign management.key competencies.
