Job summary

Polyaire is seeking a Delivery Driver/Storeperson for the Warana branch to perform warehouse tasks, pick/pack orders and deliver products to customers across the region. You will help keep the warehouse tidy, ensure safety, and support daily operations with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

The role requires a valid MR licence (and forklift licence if available), strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics roles preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Customer focused with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse systems.
• Hold a valid MR driver’s licence and a forklift licence (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and store incoming products following procedures.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and timely.
• Deliver products to customers and ensure safe vehicle operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes.

About the role

Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Driver/Storeperson to join and support the daily of operations of our Waranabranch

This is a dual-role position involving general warehouse tasks and delivering our products to our valued customers. You'll be picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, keeping the warehouse tidy and safe, and delivering products directly to our customers- this is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, customer service, and being out on the road.

What will your day look like?

• Efficiently receive, unload, and store incoming products according to company procedures.
• Prepare and complete orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Pick and pack products for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain adequate supplies.
• Assist with stocktaking and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse operations.
• Safe loading, unloading and delivery of Polyaire products ensuring company property is well looked after and maintained.
• Deliver products to customers
• Undertake all duties in a safe responsible and courteous manner
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to the established schedule.
• Conduct routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
• Provide updates on delivery status and report any issues promptly.

What will you bring to the role?

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
• A valid Drivers Licence
• Current MR driver's licence
• Forklift License or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements in a warehouse setting.
