Qualifications

• Experience in sports, events, or venue operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and safety standards.
• Valid Working with Children Check and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering event and booking set-ups and pack-downs across MSAC and Parkville (SNHC), ensuring all configurations meet event requirements and safety standards.
• Supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality venue operations through equipment movement, maintenance assistance and presentation of spaces.
• Collaborating with supervisors, event teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe sporting and operational environments for athletes, patrons and community users.
• Working flexibly across multiple venues, supporting events and operations at both MSAC and Parkville as required.
