Job summary

Sports Endeavors, LLC is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Leaders to support leadership across Bankstown Sports venues in Sydney. You will lead shifts, coach staff and maintain service standards across outlets, bars and cafés, while upholding RSA compliance and beverage service excellence.

This hands-on leadership role offers exposure to diverse venues and development opportunities within a large hospitality group; previous team-leading experience in high-volume settings is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of beverage service and RSA requirements.
• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in hospitality.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Reliable leadership during busy service periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Food & Beverage operations across multiple venues and service styles.
• Assist Food & Beverage Managers with daily operations, team leadership and guest service delivery.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve their potential.
• Drive exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Support beverage operations and uphold bar service standards and RSA compliance.
• Ensure venue presentation, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Support rostering, shift deployment and operational planning.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence.
• Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and operational procedures.
