Job summary

Domino's Pizza – Wagga Wagga Region is seeking an experienced Retail Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across four Domino's Pizza stores in the Wagga Wagga market. You will work closely with store managers and leadership teams to ensure consistent customer experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture.

You'll spend your time coaching leaders, improving operational standards, analysing business performance, and developing future managers.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants.
• Two years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to coach and develop leaders.

• Lead and support Store Managers across four locations.
• Recruit, train and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive sales growth and profitability.
• Monitor labour, food costs and KPIs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service standards.
