The KPI Group is an established Labour Hire Company that has been operating since 2010 in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. We have upcoming opportunities in Brisbane QLD for Experienced Multi‑Skilled/Ticketed Construction/Civil Labourers that can demonstrate their detailed experience and skill set within the construction and civil industry.

Positions (Multiple roles available)

• All‑round Construction Experienced Multi‑Skilled/Ticketed Labourers
• Forklift Operations
• Hoist Operations
• Experienced Machine Operators – Excavator/Skid Steer/Roller/Water Cart etc. (GPS knowledge advantageous and VOC)
• Traffic Controllers – Level 1 & Experienced Level 2 TMI (Advantageous if also a skilled labourer)
• Skilled Labourers
• Experienced Civil and Drainage General Labourers
• Riggers
• Formwork Carpenters
• Scaffolders
• Carpenters
• EWP Operators
• Manitou Operators
• Dogman

Skills & Experience

• Construction experienced Labourers (Multi‑Skilled and ticketed)
• White Card (Essential)
• Provide relevant current tickets and demonstrate experience in the construction industry
• Recent Verification of Competency (VOC)
• GPS experience on machines
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Can read and understand drawings and plans
• QLD Driver's license and own reliable transport to attend work (Essential)
• Australian Citizenship
• Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work
• Can work individually and in teams
• Safety focused with excellent communication skills
• Pro‑active and problem solvers with strong work ethic
• Reliable and willing to work
