The KPI Group is an established Labour Hire Company that has been operating since 2010 in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.

We have upcoming opportunities from Gold Coast to Brisbane QLD for Experienced Multi Skilled/Ticketed Construction/Civil Labourers that can demonstrate their detailed experience and skill set within the construction and civil industry.

We are looking at enthusiastic candidates who are self‑motivated, experienced, multi‑ticketed, reliable and reside in the Gold Coast or surrounding regions within 50kms. Candidates will need to be able to work independently and be able to follow tasks given to them on a daily basis by site teams.

Positions (Multiple roles available)

• All-round Construction Experienced Multi Skilled/Ticketed Labourers.
• Forklift Operations.
• Hoist Operations.
• Experienced Machine Operators Excavator/Skid Steer/Roller/Water Cart etc. - (Gps knowledge advantageous and VOC).
• Traffic Controllers - Level 1 & Experienced Level 2 TMI - (Advantageous if also a skilled labourer).
• Skilled Labourers.
• Experienced Civil and Drainage General Labourers.
• Riggers.
• Formwork Carpenters.
• Scaffolders.
• Carpenters.
• EWP.
• Manitou.
• Dogman.

Skills & Experience

• Construction experienced Labourers (Multi Skilled and ticketed).
• White Card (Essential).
• Provide relevant current tickets and demonstrate experience in construction industry.
• Recent Verification Of Competency (VOC).
• GPS Experience on machines.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Can read and understand drawings and plans.
• QLD Driver's license and own reliable transport to attend work (Essential).
• Australian Citizens.
• Availability to Monday to Sunday for ongoing work.
• People who can work individually and in teams.
• Safety focused people with excellent communication skills.
• Pro Active and problem solvers/Strong work ethic.
• Proactive and reliable with good work ethic.
• Can follow direction and complete tasks allocated.
• Reliable and willing to work.
