Job summary

Chorus is a WA-based organisation dedicated to helping seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability live independently at home and in the community. We are seeking a Support Worker Multi Skilled to assist customers with varying needs, delivering person-centered services and activities of their choice, in a supportive team environment.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and a proactive approach to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability.
• Great communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers, their families, carers, community agencies, and professionals.
• Enthusiastic and engaging with customers.
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
• Willing to provide domestic assistance services.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive approach to safety and well-being.
• Current Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
• Reliable vehicle to travel to customers' homes and assist them to access the community.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to apply).
