Job summary

Holcim Australia is seeking a Multi Skilled Site Operator to safely operate mobile plant, load trucks with a Front End Loader, and support rail unloading at our site.

You will conduct daily checks, use Loadrite scales, operate SCADA/PLC systems, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while collaborating with a small team to meet daily production and customer requirements. Experience in quarry or construction materials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Front End Loader, preferably in quarry, construction materials or similar environment.
• Experience loading trucks using Loadrite or similar onboard weighing systems.
• The ability to operate a PC and learn site-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Front End Loader to safely load trucks using Loadrite scales.
• Tramming and stockpiling materials as required.
• Operate computer systems to unload trains using SCADA/PLC system.
• Operate a water cart and street sweeper as required.
• Conduct daily operational checks and report any plant, equipment or site issues.
