Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi-Skill Plumber for a 3-month contract with Camden housing stock and Council properties. You will perform plumbing repairs and related multi-trade tasks, ensuring high workmanship and adherence to current regulations.

The role involves reactive, planned, and void repairs with a strong focus on fault finding, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping using mobile systems to manage materials and tasks in residents’ homes.

Qualificações

• Experience in housing repairs or maintenance.
• Demonstrable multi-trade capability.
• Strong fault-finding ability.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out plumbing repairs including pipework, drainage, and sanitary installations.
• Undertake multi-trade tasks such as carpentry, tiling, and making good works.
• Deliver reactive, planned, and void repairs.
• Diagnose faults and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Provide high standards of customer service in residents’ homes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete job records and manage materials using mobile systems.
