Job summary

The Y NSW is seeking a Regional Manager, Children's Services to lead and inspire teams across OSHC and Early Learning Centres in the West Sydney region. You will drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality, and partner with school principals and communities to deliver engaging programs.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will mentor coordinators, manage budgets, monitor compliance with NQS and regulatory requirements, and foster a collaborative culture focused on child

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in Children's Services or related field.
• Proven success in multi-site management and team development.
• Strong knowledge of National Law, Regulations, NQF, MTOP, and EYLF.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
• Current certifications: First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CHCPRT001/025, NSW Working with Children Check and Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and compliant services.
• Mentor and coach Coordinators to uplift service delivery and team performance.
• Ensure all services meet or exceed National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Manage budgets and drive financial performance across sites.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, P&Cs, and community stakeholders.
• Champion child safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding practices.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, risk, and marketing teams.
