Job summary

Sunrise Christian School is seeking a Property Services Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance, facilities and grounds across metro campuses, including ELCs. You will coordinate contractors, respond to daily needs and ensure safe, inviting spaces for students and staff.

This permanent full-time role starts from Term 4, 2026 with a supportive, faith-driven community. You should have a White Card, a committed Christian faith, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet required checks; a

Qualifications

Maintains a current White Card (Construction Induction) certificate.
Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.
Has an outstanding attention to detail.
Holds the required checks and training as outlined in the Job and Person Specification (or is willing to complete these prior to commencing).
An appropriate trade qualification is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and contractors across multiple sites and oversee the property services team.
Respond to day-to-day facilities needs and help ensure campuses are safe, functional and inviting.
Support the property services team and coordinate grounds and maintenance for metro schools and ELCs.
