Job summary

SCSS is seeking a Pre-Analytical Operational Services Officer across multiple SA sites. The role involves phlebotomy, specimen collection, processing and administration, ensuring samples move from collection through to testing with accuracy and care.

You will work within an integrated team, deliver excellent patient and client service, and support busy collection centres while maintaining safety and quality in all processes.

Qualifications

• Current and accurate phlebotomy experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sites as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy and specimen collection across multiple sites.
• Process specimens accurately from collection to laboratory testing.
