Multi-Site Manager and Store Manager - Perth Metro

San Churro is Australia’s most loved sweet treat destination. We are a privately owned company, with four successful San Churro franchises across Perth (Carousel, Cockburn, East Victoria Park and Fremantle).

As we continue to expand, we have two new exciting roles within our company, being a Multi-Site Manager and a Store Manager.

Role Overview:

With a passion for creating sweet moments for our customers and reporting to the owners you will play a key role in the Senior Management of the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and go above and beyond to nurture our customers.
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Developing and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Leading all store operations and standards.
  • Maintaining store presentation to wow our customers.
  • Providing key inputs into the annual plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations across people, process, customer and performance.
  • Ensuring that all compliance and regulations are adhered to.
  • Fostering the company’s values and culture.

About You:

The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:

  • Experience as a manager or supervisor (in a similar environment).
  • A background in hospitality.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Have excellent time-management skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and use your initiative.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and training and coaching capabilities.
  • Work effectively under pressure.
  • Willing to go the extra mile.
  • Hold a current driver's license.
