Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking a Service Manager to lead Macquarie Park Catering Services, supporting Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge and Cooinda Court. You will oversee hospitality operations, ensure high-quality dining experiences and manage a large team across three communities.

In this role you’ll drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and resources, partner with residential leadership and focus on resident wellbeing through nutritious meals and genuine care.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading hospitality, catering or food service teams.
• Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams.
• Experience overseeing budgets, rostering and operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Organised with problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
