Job summary

Chandler Macleod is representing a Tier1 mining client seeking a Project Manager to lead the Environmental Data Management System rollout across multiple operational sites in Western Australia. The role focuses on governance, training and change management within the Environment function, not IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven project delivery experience within mining, resources, industrial, utilities or heavy industry sectors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability.
• Experience managing project budgets, reporting and governance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of an Environmental Data Management System across multiple sites.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate environmental and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and implementation activities.
• Coordinate environmental data transition activities and validation processes.
• Lead user acceptance testing, training and change management programs.
• Drive site-by-site deployment and business adoption.
• Ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
