Job summary

Envar in Perth, WA, is seeking a hands-on Multi Services Field Supervisor to lead a team delivering maintenance, service, repairs and minor projects across a premium entertainment precinct.

You'll mentor technicians, coordinate operations, uphold safety and quality, and build strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical trade qualification and White Card.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (D Licence).
  • Minimum five years' post-trade maintenance experience.
  • Experience supervising trade-based teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and building services maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a team of service technicians and apprentices.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, reactive service work and minor projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and in accordance with procedures and standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor quality, productivity and service delivery requirements.
  • Complete and review service reports and compliance records.
  • Identify opportunities for additional works and communicate them to management.

Multi Services Field Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Multi Services Field Supervisor to lead a high-performing team delivering maintenance, service, repairs and minor project works across a large premium entertainment precinct.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring technicians, building strong customer relationships and driving operational excellence while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety.

About the Role

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of field technicians and apprentices, coordinating daily service operations, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You will be the key link between our field teams and management, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and support a team of service technicians and apprentices.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, reactive service work and minor projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and in accordance with company procedures and Australian Standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor work quality, productivity and contractual service delivery requirements.
  • Complete and review service reports, job documentation and compliance records.
  • Identify opportunities for additional works and communicate them to the Account Manager and Business Development team.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements.
About You

You are a motivated leader with a strong mechanical trade background who enjoys developing people, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage competing priorities and lead by example.

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • White Card.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (D Licence).
  • Minimum five years' post-trade experience in maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising or leading trade-based teams.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and building services maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and service management systems.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
  • First Aid and CPR.
  • Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform and Confined Space certifications.
  • Experience within a facilities management or integrated services environment.
