Australian Venue Co. (The Espy) in Melbourne seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to own front-of-house operations across Mya Tiger, Louey’s, Espy Kitchen, Ghost Bar and the Green Room. Lead high-volume service, coach teams, and partner with the Venue Manager on events and revenue ideas.

Qualifications

• Experienced Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader with a strong background in high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to develop teams and elevate service standards.
• Strong commercial focus and capacity to drive revenue through ideas and concepts.
