Job summary

GWH is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records across our group of entities. This role supports all businesses within the GWH group, handling A/P, A/R, reconciliations, BAS/GST, payroll, and monthly reporting in a hybrid work environment.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring compliant records while driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-entity bookkeeping and proficiency with Xero, MYOB or

Qualifications

• 2 years plus of bookkeeping experience, preferably across multiple entities.
• Proficiency in cloud accounting software Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of Australian BAS, GST, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Complete regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and lodge BAS and GST obligations
• Support payroll processing and payroll compliance
• Assist with month-end financial reporting
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure financial records meet each entity's compliance and reporting requirements
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
