Job summary

Tweed Bait Pty Ltd in Tweed Heads South, NSW is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to service fishing and bait customers across designated routes. You will travel to Iluka, Coffs Harbour and South West Rocks regions, delivering products and building customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have an MR truck license, a forklift license, and comfort with overnight travel up to 3 nights. Strong customer service, independence, and physical fitness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current MR truck license.
• Current forklift license.
• Physically capable of manual handling and lifting reasonable weights.
• Willingness to travel and spend up to 3 nights away from home.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of fishing and bait products would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bait products and merchandise to retail customers across designated delivery routes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Complete customer invoicing and handle cash payments accurately.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable delivery vehicle.
• Assist with general warehouse and stock duties when required.
