Job summary

A globally recognised assurance provider is looking for experienced Contract Lead Auditors based in Perth. You'll conduct third-party audits aligned with your industry experience and deliver high-quality reports. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. This position offers flexible contract arrangements and the opportunity to expand your audit scope with consistent work. Ideal candidates will have a background in Quality, OHS, and Environmental Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in Quality, OHS, and/or Environmental Management Systems.
• Proven experience conducting third-party certification audits.
• Exposure across a range of industries such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, and health.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• High-quality report writing, problem-solving, and analytical capability.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with audit teams.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple audit assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct external audits in line with accreditation and scheme requirements.
• Develop audit plans, execute onsite and remote audits, and complete audit reports.
• Interface with clients to ensure compliance and resolve audit queries.
• Work on complex assessments requiring strong judgement and risk evaluation.
• Collaborate with SAI Global Senior Auditors, Client Managers and Operations teams.
• Uphold audit integrity and technical rigor across all engagements.
• Travel as required depending on client locations and scope.

Intertek SAI Global is expanding our panel of experienced Contract Lead Auditors in Perth to support growing client demand across our Assurance Services division.

About the Opportunity

As a Contract Lead Auditor, you will deliver third‑party audits across a portfolio aligned to your industry experience. You will conduct independent external audits against internationally recognised standards, including but not limited to:

• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
• ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety
• ISO 27001:2022 – Information Security Management

You will be engaged on a flexible, project‑based schedule, with assignments based on your availability, competency scope, and accreditation requirements.

What You’ll Do
