Cairns MRI Traineeship from I-MED Radiology invites new graduates and experienced radiographers to train in MRI within a supportive team in tropical North Queensland. You'll follow a structured pathway designed to build skills, confidence and clinical expertise toward MRI accreditation.

New graduates gain entry with comprehensive support, while seasoned radiographers can accelerate their MRI career through a well-established training program and dedicated mentorship.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor of Medical Imaging (or equivalent qualification).
• Current or eligible AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner.
• Be a new graduate or experienced Radiographer seeking to develop a career in MRI.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with a compassionate and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Be adaptable, organised and eager to contribute positively to the clinic team.

Responsibilities

• Join a structured MRI training pathway to develop skills and clinical expertise.
