Job summary

Central Gippsland Health Service in Sale, VIC, is seeking an MRI Radiographer at Grade 2. Join a progressive regional health service working with a GE Signa Artist MRI and opportunities to expand into CT, Mammography, and General Radiography.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with on-call duties and a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll be part of a modern imaging department, contributing to high-quality patient care and service development while upgrading MRI

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as Medical Radiation Practitioner is required.
• MRI competency demonstrated.
• Victorian Radiation Use Licence required or eligible.
• Strong patient-focused approach and communication.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement; MRI Accreditation preferred.
• CT and General Radiography experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work across a diverse imaging service with MRI, CT, Mammography, and General Radiography.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster.
• Contribute to service growth and innovation in Medical Imaging.
• Develop skills in multiple modalities through structured development opportunities.
