Central Gippsland Health Service in Sale, VIC, is seeking an MRI Radiographer at Grade 2. Join a progressive regional health service working with a GE Signa Artist MRI and opportunities to expand into CT, Mammography, and General Radiography.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with on-call duties and a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll be part of a modern imaging department, contributing to high-quality patient care and service development while upgrading MRI

Competenze

• AHPRA Registration as Medical Radiation Practitioner is required.
• MRI competency demonstrated.
• Victorian Radiation Use Licence required or eligible.
• Strong patient-focused approach and communication.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement; MRI Accreditation preferred.
• CT and General Radiography experience is advantageous.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic MRI Radiographer to join our Medical Imaging Department.

This role provides the opportunity to work across a diverse imaging service while developing skills in additional modalities, including:

• MRI


• CT (training and development opportunities available)


• Mammography (training opportunities available)


• General Radiography


• Participation in the after-hours on-call roster


• You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality patient care while supporting ongoing service growth and innovation.

Work with Modern MRI Technology

Our MRI service operates from a GE Signa Artist MRI system, commissioned in 2020, delivering advanced imaging capabilities across a broad range of examinations.

Excitingly, the scanner is scheduled for a significant upgrade within the next six months, ensuring continued access to the latest MRI technology and enhanced clinical capabilities.
