Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced Site Lead Radiographer to establish our new Golden Grove clinic and launch the first community MRI service in South Australia. You will shape workflows, create service foundations and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality imaging.

The role requires senior MRI or CT leadership experience, current AHPRA registration and a patient‑focused approach to care, with opportunities to grow within a national imaging business.

Qualifications

• Senior MRI or CT radiographer experience with leadership responsibilities
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service
• Current AHPRA registration and SA EPA Radiation Licence
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team and managing stakeholders
• Certification and/or postgraduate qualifications highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a new imaging clinic
• Drive the establishment and growth of Lumus Imaging's first MRI service in South Australia
• Develop and implement site processes and protocols aligned with Lumus national standards
• Drive quality, compliance, and audit activities at site level
• Help shape a positive, patient-focused culture from the ground up
• Collaborate with referrers, local GPs, the community and other stakeholders
