Job summary

gforce Employment + Recruitment is seeking a reliable Rapid Response Labourer/Driver for a 7-week assignment in Ballarat, starting Monday 3 November. The role involves tree maintenance, pruning, MR truck driving and general labouring as part of a rapid response crew.

Full-time hours follow a 9-day fortnight, 7:15am–4:15pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates must have an MR licence, be physically fit, and able to pass checks and screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have MR truck licence and driving experience.
• Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance and outdoor labouring.
• Arboriculture or tree maintenance experience highly regarded.
• Experience operating small plant and equipment, such as a chainsaw, highly regarded.
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual labour.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent and reactive maintenance requests.
• Tree pruning and general tree maintenance.
• Drive an MR truck to and from job sites.
• Collect branches and clear green waste.
• Assist with gardening, grounds maintenance and general labouring duties.
• Follow safe work practices and work with the crew.
