Job summary

Job Connect Recruitment is seeking MR/HR multi-drop truck drivers to join a busy Portsmith team. You’ll operate refrigerated MR/HR trucks delivering food products across Cairns and surrounding areas, with full training provided.

This casual-to-permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate, overtime and penalties, a Monday–Friday roster with occasional Saturdays, and immediate starts for reliable, safety-focused drivers with Australian working rights.

Our client is a nationally recognised food distribution company with a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and professionalism. They are currently looking for multiple MR and HR Multi-Drop Truck Driversto join their busy Portsmith team, with immediate starts available.

Whether you're an experienced multi-drop driver or have recently obtained your MR or HR licence and are looking for the right opportunity to get started, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

The Role

You’ll be operating refrigerated MR or HR trucks, delivering food products to customers across Cairns and surrounding areas. This role that includes some hand unloading deliveries at customer sites, so you’ll need to be comfortable with manual handling. You’ll also complete delivery documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide friendly, professional service at each delivery location.
