Job summary

Labourforce in Bathurst is seeking a reliable MR/HR Truck Delivery Driver for multi‑drop deliveries across scheduled routes to stores, cafes and other commercial customers. Early starts and a Friday to Monday overtime pattern are common, with safe handling of goods and professional customer service at each drop.

The role requires an MR or HR licence (minimum 1 year experience), physical fitness for manual lifting, and strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid MR/HR licence with minimum 1 year experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role and multi-drop deliveries preferred.
• Physically fit with ability to lift manually.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual, able to pass a Pre-Employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to diverse commercial customers.
• Perform multi-drop deliveries across scheduled routes.
• Load and unload trucks (manual handling required).

Our business partner, a proudly Australian-owned company located in Bathurst , is a leader in supply chain management and logistics solutions for the food industry.
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced MR Truck Driver to join our team The role involves multi-drop deliveries to stores, cafes, and other commercial customers.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 6:00am and 7:00am
• Up to 10 hours per day
• Overtime and weekend shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods to various commercial customers
• Perform multi-drop deliveries across scheduled routes
• Load and unload trucks (manual handling required)
• Conduct pre-start vehicle checks
• Provide professional customer service at delivery points

Requirements:

• Current and valid MR / HR licence minimum 1 year experience
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Previous experience with multi-drop delivery preferred
• Physically fit and capable of manual lifting
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical
