Job summary

CG Recruitment in Queensland is hiring MR/HR Driver / Labourer for a Richlands-based site in Ipswich. The role combines driving MR/HR trucks with outdoor landscaping tasks in a busy team environment.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 6:30am–4:00pm, with consistent full-time hours and a temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidate. Immediate start available for the right person who can handle physical work and driving duties.

Qualifications

• MR Manual Licence (or higher).
• White Card - Essential.
• Physically fit and happy working outdoors.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team‑oriented.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Driving MR/HR trucks between sites.
• Lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
• Garden and landscape maintenance.
• Mulching, planting, turf preparation, and general landscaping duties.
• Assisting with site clean‑ups and project work.
• Supporting the team with day‑to‑day tasks.
