Job summary

TAG Recruitment invites applications for a casual full-time role at our airline catering client site at ADL Airport in Adelaide. You will join a safety-focused team, rotating roster 30–38 hours per week with overtime opportunities.

You must hold a valid HR or MR driver’s licence, be physically fit, pass medical and AOD testing, and obtain a criminal history check and ASIC. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential to support aircraft service operations.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and current HR or MR driver’s license.
• Able to pass a full medical assessment, including alcohol and other drug (AOD) testing.
• Able to obtain a criminal history check and an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Load fully stocked aircraft trolleys onto trucks at the catering facility and deliver them to aircraft.
• Perform airside duties, including guiding hi-lift vehicles for safe aircraft servicing and securing crew sign-off.
• Undertake short-distance driving duties.
• Marshal drivers on the tarmac, ensuring truck positioning complies with company, airport, and airline policies.
• Liaise with airline staff during handovers.
• Load and unload trucks with carts, ovens, and standard units.
