Job summary

COPE Sensitive Freight is seeking a full-time Driver based in Perth, WA. You will sort and load vehicles, complete deliveries and pickups across Perth and surrounding areas, and ensure safe packing and load restraints in our specialised trucks.

You’ll work independently or in a team, using COPE's track-and-trace system to scan freight. A MR licence and strong safety focus are essential; forklift and height access licences are a plus. Competitive hourly rate and career development await.

Qualifications

• Must have MR licence and strong safety focus with CoR compliance.
• Geographical knowledge of Perth and surrounding suburbs is essential.
• Experience in transport, removals or sensitive freight is helpful but not required.
• Forklift, white card or working-at-heights licences are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Sort and load the vehicle for deliveries and pickups.
• Complete deliveries and pickups across Perth and surrounding areas.
• Ensure correct packing and load restraint in specialised trucks.
• Scan freight using COPE’s track-and-trace system.
• Handle high-value freight including medical, retail and IT equipment.
• Work independently as a one-out driver or as part of a team.
