Job summary

The Personnel Connection Pty Ltd in Mt Kuring-gai is hiring an MR Driver and Forklift Operator for a varied, hands-on role. You will deliver orders, operate a counterbalance forklift, and contribute to warehouse and production tasks. Ongoing full-time casual employment is offered with growth potential.

Work is Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with weekly pay and no regular weekend work. A supportive agency team will assist throughout your placement.

$35–$40 per hour | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm | Ongoing Casual

The Personnel Connection has been supplying permanent and temporary staff to businesses across Sydney since 2000.

We are currently seeking an experienced MR Driver / Forklift & Warehouse Operator to join our client’s busy operation in Mt Kuring-gai.

Our client is a well-established, Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of high-performance lubricants. Due to continued business growth, they are looking for an experienced and reliable team member to assist with customer deliveries, forklift operation and general warehouse duties.

This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being busy and is equally comfortable making deliveries, operating a forklift or helping out in the warehouse.

The position is initially offered on an ongoing full-time casual basis, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Delivering customer orders to businesses throughout Sydney

• Collecting stock and materials from suppliers

• Operating a counterbalance forklift

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Moving and storing stock safely

• Picking and packing customer orders

• General stores and warehouse duties

• Assisting within the production and packaging areas when required

• Learning other areas of the operation as required

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workplace

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A current MR driver's licence

• A current forklift licence

• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift

• A safe and responsible driving record

• Previous warehouse, stores or production experience

• Picking and packing experience

• The ability to safely load, secure and unload deliveries

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Good attention to detail

• The ability to follow instructions and work independently

• A reliable, flexible and positive approach to work

• A willingness to pitch in and assist wherever required

Previous machine operating, manufacturing or production experience would be highly regarded.

As this is a hands‑on warehouse and delivery position, you will need to be physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting.
