Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions – Queanbeyan NSW is seeking a reliable delivery driver to transport window and door products to residential construction sites. You will start each day with a depot safety check and operate a forklift in the depot as needed.

Applicants must hold a valid MR licence (or full driver’s licence for insurance), White Card, be physically fit for lifting heavy items, and have asbestos and silica awareness certification. Monday to Friday with potential OT.

Qualifications

• Valid MR licence or full driver’s licence for insurance purposes.
• White Card and Asbestos/Silica Awareness Certificate are required.
• Physically fit to lift and handle large/bulky items.

Responsibilities

• Delivering window and door products to residential construction sites.
• Starting each day with a vehicle safety check at the depot.
• Unloading and loading with assistance from a truck jockey/offsider on-site.
• Manual handling of heavy windows and doors.
• Communicating with site staff and maintaining high standard of customer service.
• Maintaining safety and professionalism on the road and on-site.
• Unloading and loading windows/doors using a forklift in the depot.

Location:Queanbeyan, NSW
Hours:Monday to Friday6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Rate:$45.35 + Super + OT

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Delivering window and door products to residential construction sites
• Starting each day with a vehicle safety check at the depot
• Unloading and loading with assistance from a truck jockey/offsider when on-site
• Manual handling of heavy windows and doors
• Communicating with site staff and maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Keeping safety and professionalism front of mind on the road and on-site
• Unload and load windows and doors using a forklift in the depot

Experiences & Qualifications:

• A valid MR licence
• White Card
• Physically fit – able to lift and handle large/bulky items
• Must be over 25 or have a full driver’s licence (for insurance purposes)
• Asbestos and SIlica Awareness Certificate
