Qualifications

• 2+ years operating MPUs with strong safety focus.
• Knowledge of pumping systems and MPU calibration.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership on-site with pre-shift checks and risk assessments.
• Operate MPUs to load and deliver bulk explosive products safely and reliably.
• Mentor and train trainees in MPU operations and best practices.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment readiness.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and uphold high professionalism.
• Support the blast crew and foster positive teamwork on site.
